New workshop on emerging leaders

Friends in the Community Action movement encouraged me to develop a really interesting new workshop on Emerging Leadership.  Titled, Renewing our Passion, Building our Power, the workshop applies my asset-based Social Change model to the gifts of both emerging and veteran leaders, for the benefit of organizations and communities.  It is part of the national Community Action Partnership conference in Boston (August 31 - September 3).  Also, a panel I chair called Leadership vs. Management features national CAP leaders Lana Ross, Peter Kilde, and John Edwards Jr.
