Mayo Clinic Consulting a Success

The Internal Communications and Community Relations staff at the Mayo Clinic are like community organizers: they try to empower and support a community of 60,000 people who they don't control.  I facilitated a postive staff retreat in the spring, and then in the fall I developed a customized program for the Administrative Assistants whose jobs are changing as the institution and the field of health care changes.  I'm grateful for the work and kind words about our success from Connie Center, and to Karen Trewin for inviting me.
