Empowering Appalachian Non-Profits in West Virginia

I'm currently working with the Christian Appalachian Project on an initiative to strengthen non-profits in the rural counties of southern West Virginia.  Teams from non-profits are participating in my on-site seminars in the spring and fall, and in my webinars and telephone coaching in between.  Our approach is positive and opportunistic, helping leaders finds ways to recognize and tap the strengths and assets of rural communities.
